We stopped in for lunch while traveling. We both ordered a burger. We were disappointed to learn that they would not serve a burger less than medium. Food was hot and delicious. Waitstaff was adequate but when we were finished our plates were not temoved. We found the ketchup bottle was sticky. Personally I dislike the kiosk checkout. Not only is it not personal service the machine was dirty. Apparently they clean the front but the back was grimy. In order to use the...

Food took over an hour to arrive. There were seating issues with our party and the staff seemed unsure where to place us, even though we called in the reservation that morning for the evening. Everything was cooked well once it came out. Our waiter did his best to get the food out quickly, but it still took over an hour from the time we sat down.

We asked for a 1 medium well done Burger 🍔 and 1 chicken salad 🥗. The burger was extremely well done. And the salad was totally wilted it was all brown along the edges. The manager notice that I was just sitting there looking through my salad and she knew that I was complaining to my husband about it. The manager comes over to our table and asked if everything okay. I said no look at my salad it extremely wilted. The manager said oh wawo it's certainly is wilted....
