They were so nice! It was very clean and we got our food fast and it took one second to get our seats. It was a very fast service
A very quiet night. Hostess was rather slow in getting to us. However, our server was cheerful and attentive. The Bolognese was spot on.
It was just ok. Not bad but not special. Typical for a chain restaurant.
My visit was exceptional! Gabby was our server and she was super personable! Very fast service with very friendly interactions with everyone! Manager Larisa checked in on us and other tables which made us feel important! We will be back very soon!
Rating Based on Bloody Mary.
Not bad for their first Bloody. Not enough garnish. It was better than Black n Blue
Had a very pleasant experience. Great for a chain.

The chopped Italian salad with chicken was awful. It had ginger in it that burned our mouth. The lettuce tasted old. I expected Italian style salad. It did had a few bits of pepperoni and very few pieces of chicken. I think the chef needs an education on who to prepare Italian food.

Where are the managers? Walk around and make sure your guests are being taken care of.
Sat for at least 15 minutes before we were even given menus (because the host didn’t provide them).then more time elapsed. Order taken. Salad arrived with the food. “I didn’t give you straws” the drinks were empty. No refills. Lady at the bar was forgotten about as well.
Overall bad experience. For the price and service you’d be better off at one of their competitors. Sad because it’s so close to where I live.

When you go here ask for Norah, she is amazing. We went here after a cheer competition and my daughter was feeling down because they came in second. Norah must be empathic because as soon as she greeted us, she felt the vibe and immediately started to interact with my 13 year old. I only mention her age because if you are a parent of a 13 year old in this day I don't have to type any more about her attitude 😅. Let me just say that by the end of the service, my daughter was smiling, and a large part of that was because of Norah. I truly appreciate all that she did to make our experience memorable.

Really disgusting food. Chicken marsala is soggy and drenched in a thick syrupy sauce. Almost like cheap chinese food. The angel hair pasta was overcooked.
Thank goodness for Nitany scoops down the sidewalk to make up for getting food i wouldn't even feed to my dog.
Service wasnt great. Waiter completely forgot our unlimited salad but still got charged. Soda is 3.95. Entrees are $25 for a pile of slop. Waited way too long for our food and check.
Macaroni Grill is too overpriced for the low quality food you're getting.
Being from a large city where there is good food on every corner, going out to eat at restaurants in central Pennsylvania is repeatedly disappointing.
