This place is worst then Olive Garden, I spent over two and half hours here. the wait between my appetizers and main entree was well over an hour. I’m sure our server did everything she could as far making sure our drinks were topped off ,but our food was lukewarm by the time they arrived at our table. Will I be dining here again? Hard pass

I order delivery from here often. Please start giving bread again with your delivery orders! Previously, there was an option to include bread, but that is no longer the case with any of the delivery apps. It's free for dine-in patrons- and we spend more money! Please don't treat us like second class citizens because we aren't there in person to ask for it. We could also use utensil to eat the food we order.

Macaroni Grill is not a new place for us, but not one we’re go to extensively. However, every time we’ve went, the level of service varies. This evening, we had a reservation for 2. After being sat, the host offered to take our drink orders as we had been without a server for an extended period of time. Jim finally stepped in and offered to wait on us as the original waitress was “apparently too busy”. The food was good, but the service to receive the food was slow. This is not a reflection of our waiter, but rather I believe the kitchen. Jim did his best with the fact we were an additional table and we appreciated his efforts. If you come, be prepared for decent food but an unsure service.

ordered takeout chicken caprese for 10, barely got enough to feed 5. I was told only 1/2 of a piece per person. No Mozzarella or tomatoes! Why do you. all it caprese if there’s no cheese? Never will i go there again. look on yelp for the pictures.

Went here on a date a little while ago. The food was good and plated nicely. Our waitress Larisa was very attentive with refills and making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is a little off because you have very nicely set tables and wait staff in nice attire but there isn't a good indicator for the attire of guests. The food is a little pricey but the quality backs the price.
The place has a nice atmosphere. They were short staffed and we ordered drinks but did not get them until after our meal was done so we sent them back. I felt bad for the waitress. They had to make their own drinks and wait on tables. She was nice though.

Recently dined at this restaurant and was very impressed by the amazing food and caring owner, Jordan. We ordered a variery of food and each item was fresh, plentiful, and very flavorful. The restaurant is extremely clean and has a warm inviting decor. It was a pleasure to dine here. The prices are very reasonable and parking is plentiful. It was obvious that the proprietor, Jordan, cares deeply about guest satisfaction and it shows! I highly recommend dining here, it’s great for couples, families, anyone who would enjoy a fresh delicious meal served in a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. We will be back as this restaurant and its management is the best!

despite the restaurant being shorthanded this was an outstanding experience. each of us had a different menu item and all were outstanding. Savannah (I think that's how you spell it) was an excellent server, very attentive and helpful. when we are in this area we will definitely return
