All the stars. The breakfast burrito was delicious. Everything there is made super fresh right next to you. None of that Perkins nonsense. The pancake was incredible. Lots of Harrisburg regulars coming in with "usuals" and it's super cute how the people there know their orders and names by heart.

Great little diner. Cozy feel. I've been going for breakfast every week and the wait staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food is very good, I've been happy with everything I've ordered.

Great service and atmosphere right in the heart of Hburg! Prices are very reasonable compared to other diner style restaurants.

Went into the capitol for breakfast because the free breakfast at the Fairfield by Marriott Harrisburg wasn’t worth the price & basically Roxy's Cafe was pretty much the quickest all day breakfast spot my husband found. We arrived at 11am, had a full breakfast but they were also serving lunch. Glad we didn’t let the rundown look of the place prevent us from getting a decent breakfast. Seems they do diner food really well to a loyal local clientele. I had the eggwich with a bacon and cheese add, hearty breakfast sandwich that was on point with a fried egg. Hubby had one of their specialty breakfasts, that included sourdough French Toast, Eggs and bacon. The French Toast was beautiful, I would have ordered it if real maple syrup was available vs. “pancake” syrup. Eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. Probably want to skip the OJ but the coffee’s good. Our server was super friendly and professional, knowing many customers by name. The staff was very welcoming in general. Could’ve done without Fox News on the TV, but that’s a personal preference. Couldn’t quite bring myself to walk down the scary basement stairs to use the restroom. Not sure if we will be back to that corner of Harrisburg again, but I’d go back if in the neighborhood for a decent bite to eat.

Great breakfast/lunch place in front of the capital. Be patient, sit at the counter or the tables. Enjoy your surroundings, the food, and the prices. Try the Ruben... seriously.

Great little place for a delicious breakfast. The flapjacks were massive and very tasty. Great value in casual setting with charming service and promptly prepared quality eats.

They’re open for another hour and forty minutes but can’t take a party of two because they “had a big party in the back.” Now I remember why I never go here.

Wonderful old-school breakfast and brunch diner. Most affordable prices you’ll find. Ample indoor seating, friendly & prompt service, been around a long time. Check ‘em out.
