Great little diner. Cozy feel. I've been going for breakfast every week and the wait staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food is very good, I've been happy with everything I've ordered.
Went into the capitol for breakfast because the free breakfast at the Fairfield by Marriott Harrisburg wasn’t worth the price & basically Roxy's Cafe was pretty much the quickest all day breakfast spot my husband found. We arrived at 11am, had a full breakfast but they were also serving lunch. Glad we didn’t let the rundown look of the place prevent us from getting a decent breakfast. All the stars. The breakfast burrito was delicious. Everything there is made super fresh right next to you. None of that Perkins nonsense. The pancake was incredible. Lots of Harrisburg regulars coming in with "usuals" and it's super cute how the people there know their orders and names by heart.
