So take out experience was way better than dine in. Veg tempura app was good but sushi ingredients were old. Avocado was brown and rice but a bit hard. Onion soup was very good though.

Sakana (Japanese for fish) is located in the same strip mall as Himalayan Fusion and Hong Kong Ruby. Went there for a weekday lunch. There's a moldy smell upon entering, reminiscent of a dated motel lobby - not a good first impression. The space inside is quite large. Behind the reception area is the main dining area with about 12 medium sized tables. To the right is the hibachi section, consisting of 8 hibachi stations each with 2 griddles. None was active during our visit....

Food was fantastic, serving sizes more than you can eat all made fresh in front of you on the hibachi and they use Organic Chicken. This is the first time in a very long time I was able to eat chicken out!
