Suba is open again and it is very good. It’s a small, intimate space, ideal for couples or small groups. There is a good selection of small plate tapas and a menu of tacos (2 per serving). The smaller, well curated menu allowed us to try almost everything and there was nothing we didn’t enjoy. A group of 6 could probably order one of everything and be good. There is a good spread of meat, seafood and no meat dishes. Cocktails were well made. Service was friendly and on the mark., even understating of my screwup in ordering a drink which they replaced without any problem. Now, we come from the DC area and the prices here are what we would call DC level but the quality and value make it well worth it. 100% recommend for a nice evening- especially if you like to try different things.

Food was amazing the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars because the table was wobbly and the calamari was terrible. But everything else was super quaint and inviting

Great food and ambience. Certainly a unique spot in Harrisburg. However, they charge a 20% gratuity (even for small parties of 2) and do not inform customers of this in advance or display this in the restaurant and you only find out when you get your receipt. I find this deceptive and will likely not visit again because of this.

This place has been on my list since before the pandemic and I was delighted to be home for Christmas and see that it was open again. I hope to get there in a paella night some day. Highlight recommend. The octopus was delish and so was the sangria.

Very nice wine, cocktails and food. I would highly recommend this fun and cozy experience.

Food is delicious, but pricey. $18 for 2 tacos. The bottle of wine I bought had a 650% mark up.

Great tapas with some cool vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend you go when they have drink specials, they have an excellent wine selection that will have you trying new (or familiar but great) styles.

It's been a couple days and I'm still thinking about my amazing experience at this restaurant. My friend and I had been to Rubicon about a year ago for oyster happy hour and I wanted to treat him again, but wasn't sure if it was still a special. I also wasn't sure how the restaurant was operating during Covid. I called on a Thursday and spoke to a lovely man named Mitchell who answered all my questions and set up a reservation for me on Saturday evening. Oyster happy hour is still very much alive and is available across Rubicon, Mangia Qui, and Suba. Mitchell read me off a few things of each of their menus and gave me the choice of where we'd like to dine. Suba had tacos and tapas so of course that is where I wanted to be. When we arrived the entire portion of the street in front of the restaurants was blocked off to traffic and tables were set up for outdoor dining. We were sat at a table on the street that had an incredible view of the Capitol. Even more incredible was the food and drinks. My friend enjoyed the gigantic looking oysters (not my cup of tea) and I had some delicious calamari. We also shared the el pastor and fried tilapia tacos. I can't stop thinking about them. They were amazing. The vegan nachos were also a hit although I with there was more topping. The drinks were strong and incredibly flavorful. Please do yourself a favor and visit soon before it's too cold to dine outside !!

The attention to detail in the way the food is prepared, the seasonality of the menu, the stellar view of the Capitol, the thoughtfulness of the wait staff and the wonderful restaurateurs make the trio of restaurants under this group's tutelage a sheer delight to visit, each and every time.
