(would have been 1 star, but Happy Cow won't allow it because they incorrectly think this is not a fully vegetarian restaurant) The cashier said I could select "any side" with my Bahn Mi (tofu sandwich), failing to warn that one choice had an upcharge of $2 (even though it was only $1 more in the sides menu). After switching to a choice without an upcharge, I noticed that the sandwich and coffee were EACH being charged at $1 higher than menu prices. At first he denied it, claiming it was tax until I showed that tax was shown separately. Then he admitted the prices were higher, but claimed he couldn't honor the listed menu prices. I asked him to call his manager to approve honoring the menu, but he said he didn't know how to reach them. FFS, if management is going to be unreachable, they need to give employees agency to make honorable decisions for the good of the business! He kept saying it wasn't his fault. I agree, but what difference does that make?!? He kept saying, "Don't worry, everything will be fixed", but he meant only that future customers would not experience my problems, not that he had ANY intention or agency to fix my problems right then and there. When I warned the cashier that I would be posting a negative review, he replied that they were accustomed to getting bad reviews. Wut?!? Was this guy trained at all in customer relations? I gave up and paid the fraudulent extra $2, partly with a $10 gift card and the remainder in with a $20 bill. Then I caught the cashier shortchanging me by $1. The receipt didn't even show the cash part of my payment in full! When I tasted my latte, it was icky sweet -- he failed to use UNSWEETENED vegan milk! At least it was good once he remade it correctly. The sandwich itself was soggy with way too much mayo. The kale salad was uninspired but fresh. Not only did this restaurant lose me as a future customer, I warned at least 10 of my fellow convention attendees to avoid this place. For the owners who were asleep in their freshman business classes, the bottom line is that their restaurant's attempt to cheat me out of a couple of bucks resulted in their losing HUNDREDS in revenue today and who knows how much more in the future because, evidently, they don't think bad reviews can be avoided. This bad review could have been avoided by simply acting honorable.
We came late afternoon on a Sunday and were helped/served promptly! Everyone in the restaurant was so friendly and we loved the space, well decorated and super cozy with great music. The food was delicious, we both had sandwiches as well as a latte and dessert. Looking forward to trying their brews next time! This is now a permanent stop on my list when passing through the area, grateful they are there! Updated from previous review on 2025-11-03

I rocked up here when they were two minutes away from closing and they still rushed my order through. Everything was perfectly cooked/seasoned and the service was filled with love.
Not that I’m suggesting you turn up at the last minute like I did. Take your time here… it’s worth it!

I'm from out of town and one of the best parts of traveling is experiencing new vegan restaurants! Even if they're not new to the area they're new to me. This place was super easy to find with street parking. I appreciate the hours on a Sunday because I figured most things would be closed but was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan restaurant open and near the Capitol building! I ordered the bbq Mac and cheese chickn sandwich and they had a special that included a drink and cookie as well. So I paired the sandwich with a ginger iced tea and a chocolate chip cookie. The vibe / atmosphere is cute and casual. Contemporary tiles on the floor, a chalkboard wall, and tables with local zines on them. The server was really helpful in helping me decide what would be the best on the menu for my appetite. Polite, respectful, and prompt as well. The iced tea is refreshing and that kick of ginger is verbose! The sandwich is delicious and messy haha. Eating it with a fork made more sense than with my hands. The flavor is great! The texture of the tofu "chicken" and crunchy outside was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for and the perfect amount of food. The side salad was peppery and crisp. Every part of the meal hit the right notes. 10 out of 10
New vegan here! … this sandwich was amazing! Thank you!
Food is good and nice staff
Loved everything about the restaurant. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. To say nothing about the fabulous food. Wish I would have found this restaurant sooner.

I wanted to love this place ☹️. It was really awkward ordering experience. The food was pretty bland overall. The chik’n was super bland… The breading was good but the tofu was sliced way too thick and needed a marinade. However the kale salad delicious. They had a cute set up with board games.
Awesome spot. Food was 11/10

I made a stopover there on my Trip to Kentucky and I really liked the location. I ordered one of the Burger with Sweet potatoe fries which were made fresh cutted. Also there is a nice selection of donuts and Cookies.
Very good food, but very short staffed, so order well in advance so that you’re not waiting behind a ton of door dash orders.
We ordered the Bahn Mi sandwich and the Eggplant Reuben, and a side of mac and cheese. Such a delicious, flavorful meal! The meals we ordered came with amazing strawberry lemonade and cookies for dessert. Yum! Yum!This restaurant was mentioned in the Hershey RV Show's local guide. So happy we took a motorcycle ride into Harrisburg.
