Lunchtime in Linglestown. I decided to try “Up in Smoke Barbecue” … It was Great! I got the Texas Crippler to go. Brisket and pork barbecue on top of cornbread with coleslaw to top it off. What a great combo! … not to mention it was so big I split it into three lunches.

Wow. We recently moved to the area and my husband is thrilled we found this place! He loved the pulled pork and beans. I thought the Mac and cheese was fantastic and the street corn was delicious. We will be back!

I dont typically write reviews unless a place really knocks it out of the park, and after stopping in at Up in Smoke this afternoon for the first time, I had to give them a glowing review.I love BBQ, and try to sample a wide variety both here in PA and traveling. I ordered a Brisket Bacon Cheddar melt and a Porsket (brisket and pulled pork) sandwich with mac and cheese as sides. Both were hands down excellent, and unexpectedly a significant amount of food (2 people got 2 meals each out of that order). The blueberry habanero sauce is an interesting, and delicious compliment to the meat itself, which is perfectly seasoned and melts like butter in your mouth.The Mac - my description wont be enough. You owe it to yourself to stop here for truly exceptional food - I certainly will be back and look forward to sampling their whole menu.
