What an amazing cafe. Besides being adorable the food and coffee are top notch! Best espresso I've had ever. The baked goods and sandwiches are so good. We're regulars when in town.

I had an almond croissant and a matcha latte 9.5/10. Very cozy place after visiting the Silk Mill.

Lauren and the team have really turned this place around. Great food, fantastic service. Some of the best pastries you can find anywhere. They do a great job.

I LOVE this cafe! The staff is always on point, as usual đ. But, I gotta say, a couple months ago, I got the croque monsieur sandwich and it was delicious. It was hefty, hearty, and creamy... worth the $15 price tag. Fast forward to my last visit, and it had SHRUNK in half đ. The bechamel was basically nonexistent, there were like two pieces of crusty ham, and the price stayed the same đ¸. Baristas are friendly and pleasant but seriously, fix the food! I get this sandwich is premade, but if you're gonna charge that much, make it EXCELLENT, you know?

A bit cramped and I felt super bad for the 1 guy at the counter, the place was absolutely mobbed. Huge line, and only one guy waiting on everyone.

I'm a college student at Lackawanna and I love coming here for lunch. They make excellent cakes and pastries and have a cute and cozy environment. The prices are a bit high for some things but it is fresh and everything has good quality to it so I can't really complain too much.

my boyfriend and i had gone to cocoon a couple months ago during the summer. there was a line wrapped all the way around the inside of the building but we decided to stay as we really wanted to give it a try. we waited over an hour and got 2 lattes and breakfast burritos which were very good. yesterday we were in the area again and decided to give it another try since it didnât look very busy and we were incredibly disappointed. we waited over 40 minutes for two lattes and for a burrito and sandwich even though there werenât many people there. it just seemed so disorganized and as soon as the manager stepped out to restock on some items the staff took out their phones, stood around talking and stopped working. if there werenât customers waiting an hour for a microwaved burrito or a $7 latte thatâs fine but it was very frustrating to see.
finally we received our drinks and food and took it to go. they were good but not good enough to wait that long. when i finished my latte i had noticed a black dot in my ice and took a closer look only to find out it was a frozen fly! needless to say we regret giving this overhyped place another try.

Food is expensive for what you get. We ordered some breakfast burritos to go and there was a hair in mine. They were also so hot that they disintegrated the foil they were wrapped in, crumbled in my hand/lap almost immediately and nearly burned my fingers. Coffee was great though.

Incredibly rude staff. I came in to order a coffee on Saturday 10/11 at around 2:30pm. I ordered a hot pumpkin latte and proceeded to wait for my coffee. The older female barista put an iced drink down and called my name and when I asked âis this the pumpkin latte?â before I could even complete the sentence and she yelled my name 3 times at me like she didnât want to be bothered and then said âitâs for Sam- if thatâs what you ordered thatâs what you getâ. I then said âIâm sorry I ordered this hotâ where she then didnât say anything, took the drink back, found the order ticket and waved the ticket in my face and said âno you ordered it ice, you see it here?â and I said âI didnât, I ordered it hotâ. Then she had to ask the cashier if I ordered it hot before remaking it in which the red hair cashier said âyeah thatâs a possibilityâ. She then proceeded to make my drink and slammed it infront of me without an apology or even saying if it was for me. Iâve been here before, the coffee is good but this barista was incredibly rude and nasty so I wonât be coming back because of that.
