We have stopped here many times for coffee and a treat of some sort. Today we had lunch. I had the most delicious flatbread with chicken. It was fresh. It was delicious and we definitely have talked about it for days after we will come back again. The service was great and we ate outside on a beautiful day. Thank you so much.

The place itself is adorable! Very cozy feeling. I have yet to try the pastries which look absolutely delicious!!! Ive had lattes and teas and they were good. I had tried food for the 1st time. The soup was very watery in my opinion, ai wasn’t a fan at all. The grilled cheese was delicious, the only issue was I asked for cheddar instead of American but unfortunately thats did not happen. I didn’t complain about it, I ate it then had to leave for an appointment. I will definitely be back to try the pastries.

This place is my favorite cafe. The people are great, the atmosphere is wonderful and the food is delicious. Every 1st Friday of the month is an open mic, and it's also wonderful. What a friendly and lovely place.
Place is great all around. Short staffed and busy when we were there but still came out fast. Cold brew was perfect. Legit legit legit donuts. Breakfast sammiches oh baby.

I had a coffee and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious and I liked the environment here. The order got overlooked for a moment by accident, but the employee apologized and promptly completed the order. I'm looking forward to going back.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Overheard the baristas mocking a customer for informing them of a severe peanut allergy. Every food and beverage establishment makes simple accommodations to ensure their patrons don’t need a trip to the ER. I’m not sure why the Cocoon thinks it’s a joke and can’t. Terrifying behavior!

I tried to order a regular turkey sandwich and the lady refused to make the transfer to sour dough bread I don’t like the bread that it comes on. Then the coffee came out incorrect the I ordered she told me to put the creamer in my self no creamer at counter just milk the place needs better management. Will go to dunkin next time better customer service .
