Its a great hometown bar. People are nice bartender Annie is quick witted and fast with service no waiting around. Been there a few times. Like the food it is pretty good for bar food. If you want a quick bite a cold beer great place to stop
The Pines makes the best Broasted chicken in the area. It's Fried chicken, but less greasy, because it's done in a pressure cooker. So it's fried so fast that the grease doesn't have time to sink in. The meat is always juicy. They also serve potato wedges, baked bean, Cole slaw and a dinner roll with butter if you order the meal. For the price it's a good way to break up the week of cooking.
