Went to Pesto in Hazleton for lunch today. It is a hidden gem! Dominican/Italian Fusion. If you love food and are adventurous, give them a try. Great atmosphere! Sparkling clean! Delicious!!
Wonderful food! The field greens salad and dressing is fantastic. The Dominican spaghetti was great. Lovely kind service.
I'm no expert on traditional Italian dishes or Latin American cuisine (the lovely woman said the specialty drink I ordered - chinola con avena - was Dominican) but this fusion experience was fire. Quite possibly the best chicken linguine Alfredo I've ever had, for several reasons: the sauce was creamy and held together without breaking or being lumpy; the chicken, pounded in tradition, was thin but tender, deliciously seasoned and perfectly seared; beautifully presented and garnished...read full review
