Never again!
Worst restaurant ever. Went there for lunch. first choice on the menu. Not available. Second choice. Not available. Third choice. Finally they had. Only water came out of the soda machine. Was told they don’t have any coke a cola products. Asked for ketchup for fries. Didn’t have ketchup. What the hell kind of place is this.
Also very expensive for a crappy lunch. It’s no wonder the place was empty for lunch hour.
chicken was overcooked and was not drained, leaving the bun saturated in grease. fries were cold. the only thing the staff seemed to know how to prepare was the beans and rice.
Poor quality of food, poor customer service and the management intervention was atrocious to say the least! We paid for and waited for our meals only to take it to our table and discover the sandwiches and fries both a little less than Luke warm. Returning them to the counter and finally getting one of the four ladies (doing nothing other than chatting among themselves) I explained the issue and was told that they ARE hot!
