I'll be honest, the food quality on this visit was horrible. The guacamole was very dark in color and was watery. Portions were all very off, with very little rice, the extra cheese was minimal, and there was just so much wetness with the ingredients that it ended up leaking out of the paper bowl, breaking the bag, and spilling in the car. I recently stopped by the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was fresh and delicious.

I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, pico and queso blanco, and it was cooked to perfection. The portion was generous, and the flavors were well-balanced.¹

This location used to be fairly reliable, and the food decent. For the past year or so the product has been hit or miss and the service has been abysmal. I usually order on mobile, and have had orders be seriously delayed or simply not get made at all multiple times. Most recently, the last three times I’ve tried to order there was no option to, or they were out of burrito tortillas.
