How do you remodel, during the 4th of July weekend? Where are your buying permits and such.. And the atmosphere you all think is so wonderful has been lying in the parking lot for 3 days. This place is a joke not a gem!

THE BEST MEXICAN food around. 10/10 I have ordered the Quesadilla Appetizer, Mexican Street Corn and Cheese Dip at least 4 times and every single time I have not been disappointed. The chicken in the quesadilla has peppers and onions and is properly seasoned. It's somebody's grandmother in that kitchen. The corn is always fresh and perfectly seasoned. The queso is always on point. 🙌

Met my mom here for lunch. Food was good. They were able to make most dishes gluten free which is huge plus for my mom. Food was very good and extremely reasonably priced.

I recently visited El Vallarta Mexican Restaurant & Cantina with a large group, and it was a delightful experience overall! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, seamlessly accommodating our sizable party despite the short notice. The spacious interior offers plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is vibrant, comfortable, and authentically Mexican, creating a warm and inviting vibe. The restrooms were also impressively clean and well-maintained. We started with complimentary chips and salsa, which were fresh and delicious. We also ordered queso, but mine was disappointingly watery compared to the creamier versions the rest of the table received. However, the highlight was my A La Parrillada Fajitas, a massive platter loaded with chicken, steak, shrimp, carnitas, and chorizo—talk about variety! The portion was so generous I couldn’t finish it, making it well worth the price. The margaritas we ordered were a hit, perfectly crafted and refreshing. The menu is impressively extensive, offering something for every taste, from classic dishes to more unique options. Despite the minor hiccup with the queso, El Vallarta delivers great food, a fantastic atmosphere, and top-notch service, making it a great choice for group outings or casual dining.

Clean restaurant. Food was fresh, hot, and exactly what we ordered. Service was a bit slow bringing refills, but we were also talking a lot so the server might have been trying to avoid interrupting us. Overall a really good experience and would recommend / will return.
