Hot Dogs near Hermitage

“My family has been eating takeout from here for years. I'm not sure who was working today but our order was absolutely incorrect. Also, when someone orders a half dozen of certain wings we aren't asking for 5 drums and 1 flat. My husband ordered our dozen and a half wings hot (temperature) and extra crispy and the staff charged us for a dozen spicy hot crispy wings which was not what we ordered. They also refused to make it right when he walked back in to let them know they charged us for wings we didn't even order or want. Hopefully this was a staff issue and not the way you operate now under the new ownership.“
