I did not have high expectations when placing an order at Hot Head Burrito in person, but sadly, even that low bar was not meant. The beans and rice were overcooked, bland, and simply tasted old. The chicken was rubbery, overly sour, and salty. It seemed like it was from the bottom of a pan. I had the Chicken Power Bowl, and I do not know if this item was meant to be cold, but it certainly was. I question the time temperature hold time on the items placed in this meal. the guys that work there are very courteous and helpful! very nice . clean place and the prices were such good deals. this was our first time trying this place and I HIGHLY reccomend it! We will be back :)
