They always take a long time for take out orders, but this was ridiculous. We ordered a cheeseburger and fries (their fries are very good). We called in the order at 3:45 p.m. on a Monday. A Hidden gem. I live in Warren, OH, but my daughter had an appt in hermitage. She wanted a burger, and I wanted wings. So from googling we decided on this place. The jai lai is cool! Sometimes the food is a hit and sometimes it’s not. The ingredients could be better. Sometimes the bartenders are friendly and sometimes they’re not. You gotta pick ya poison! Overall it’s a decent spot.
