The crispy chicken was so over cooked and hard, it wasn’t edible. Went back to counter with food and asked if perhaps I could a couple of original strips,nope. Went back to service asking for a lid to take Cole slaw home. A staff walked by glaring at me and continued to give me dirty looks. The girl waiting on me appeared to be the manager and I questioned why I was being given dirty looks and was told to leave. My wife and I were in disbelief and will never patronize KFC again....read full review
