Ordered on mobile app to pick up in Hermitage. Didn't realize in the customization the plus sign actually removed what I thought I was adding. So I received 2 pieces of bread, nothing on it, for the price of an actual sandwich. I called and the manager on duty at 5pm 12/07/24 was rude and wouldn't let me bring my 2 pieces of bread back to actually make the sandwich I wanted. She said it was my error. I know things happen and mistakes are made, but must they always happen? Every single time, there is an issue. Do you train your staff to do it on purpose? Today, a whole salad was missing from our order. This not only disrupted our meal but also inconvenienced my girlfriend, who had to go back to get it.
