Be prepared to only get a fraction of what you ordered and paid for. I’m not one to typically complain but the last couple times I’ve gone here I have been missing at least 1-2 items i ordered and paid for. This time I ordered 6 items only got 4 and the cups of cheese were only a quarter of the way filled. Last 3 times I ordered through app for quick pickup. The Taco Bell on Hermitage road didn't bother filling my order until I asked where it was. Was told this last time they were busy filling orders at the moment there were no cars in drive thru and no customers in place. They were just standing around talking. My order was just a ice coffee.

Im not sure why, but every single time i order online and pick up my order, its always wrong. Every time i order a beef supreme chalupa and always get chicken. And i always ask for no beans and always get beans. Its like anything i try to swap or customize always comes the way its originally offered.
