Tops buffet is solid family owned chinese, sometimes needs to be fresher, but nothing you wouldn't expect at an average to above average buffet. some crazy dishes I'm not used to, cheese steak egg rolls etc the steak cubes are a sleeper, they look old and dry but the 2 pieces i had were decent med rare and tender
This place is pretty run down from years ago, the don't seem to keep up with the property. They don't keep the cold bar cold enough, that's going to be a health issue for someone if this is a common thing.
This place has unfortunately lost its value, food was not great, wait staff was not rude but definitely not friendly.

Food was very salty. I feel like this place has gone down hill. No longer have the hibachi grill since COVID. Disappointed because it used to be my absolute favorite Chinese Buffett.
