We got pizza here when we were having a rough day and didn’t have the energy to make dinner. We came back the next day and ordered another pizza. This pizza was my childhood in a box. Thin, but with structure and no flop, perfectly cooked, but not burnt. The best part, relentless quality for an affordable price. They’ve got a permanent customer out of me! Thank you Palermo’s!!

Honestly I don’t know how this place has a 4.6 rating. If their was no stars that what I would give. Pizza shop yes. It was dirty. The staff were ignorant. I was helpful and brought up my own dishes, and the comments of the cashier was well. You could throw them over there in the bin. Fountain soda had no taste. Pizza was OK but honestly, I spent $70 in the shop. It was hot inside. The tables weren’t even wiped. I would never go back there again.

Family and I were visiting Hershey for a few days. We were looking for a pizza place and chose Palermo’s based on reviews. It did not disappoint. The pizza was very good especially the sauce. Would recommend and plan to visit again

We walked in and it was warm, 91 outside and about 80 inside and 90 in bathrooms (just a guess). Spent 40.00 for three people ( large salad, large pizza and 3 drinks).
Honestly my major problem was how warm it was and when I asked them to change the temperature he said “I wish”. We won’t eat in here again but would take out.

Good basic pizza. Not the best atmosphere, we sat by a window facing giant dead weeds outside. If you eat inside hopefully it will be cleaner for you. Most tables were dirty, and when we threw away our dishes the outside of the their trashcan was very dirty, it must rarely be cleaned.
