This place used to be AWEFUL. Seriously, you’d be the only person in line and still wait 45 minutes. Came in today and the staff was actually helpful, professional, and I got good food fast.

This is the best chipotle bowl I have ever had. The costumer service great. Staff was lively. Most importantly, my bowl was FULL. I have never before and likely will never experience this level of satisfaction ever again. Thank you so much Chipotle Waterfront. ❤️

I'm in pittsburgh for a conference and I stopped here after shopping and uh I asked if I could add a tip with my card because I had no cash and they both thanked me, Mariah and Brandon both showed the greatest appreciation although they aren't able to accept tips on a card.
Excellent customer service ,the food was delicious (taste and quality consistent with my dining experience at other locations)
Very busy location and I feel they deserve an excellent...
