my best friend's mother passed and I heard that nobody was bringing food to the funeral home they were going to be there all day from 2:00 till 8:00 at night I called around to a few places they were all booked nobody could squeeze me in I called the water front Giant eagle the gentleman put me on hold and checked with his manager and the manager said since it was such an emergency he was squeezing me in. the food was done on time it was perfect. We ordered a cake from the bakery for our parents’ 90th birthdays. When Kaylyn called to confirm details of the decorating she asked whether we’d like to have flowers all over the cake - sides as well as top. This cake was by far the most beautiful cake we have ever had decorated by a local bakery! Kaylyn is truly an employee who goes over and above and we so appreciate her work.

Just had an awesome experience with Jackson today n the bakery. At the last minute we needed a gluten free birthday cake. He was super friendly and helpful. He walked me to where they had a couple options. He then partnered with his team to get them personalized in minutes. This store and team were great.
