I am hoping there has been a mistake with my order. If not, it seems the cook may not be able to distinguish between pho and hu tieu. The pho lacks the characteristic flavors; there is no hoisin sauce, lemon, basil or mint leaves. Given the overwhelmingly positive reviews, we all decided to order pho. We sincerely hope the other dishes are not similar..
This wonderful restaurant used to also be in Livingston Manor and we still miss you!
