Despite not being busy, just painfully slow. Food was not good at all. The grilled ham and cheese came out as a club sandwich with ungrilled ham, an unmelted cheese slice and lettuce and tomato on toast (?), server said ‘that’s how we do it here’. 🙄Fries were easily 8 hours old, room temperature and hard, to which the server said ‘every now then there’s a bad batch’. Great and extensive menu but my favorite food is their scrapple! Love the trains running around the ceiling.
I had a bad experience today. The waitresses were slow ,did not return to the table, when they brought the food about 45 minutes later, my husband was served the wrong meal and my daughter had to wait extra time to have her pizza Piece to be baked in the oven! I believe all should have come out the same time! no one asked my husband how is meal was or returned to ask about his wrong meal until he grabbed another waitress over 10 minutes later to return his plate and get the right...read full review
