“We stopped in for Dinner on 1-05-26 and our waitress was Brenna I believe, She said she was fairly new but did a great job, was friendly and helpful. All three of us were happy with our meals and the price was great for dinner and desert. My Steak was cooked perfectly. It was comfortable and relaxing with plenty of options on the menu. The last time I was here was in 2004 but I will go back more often now. Thank you for a nice experience.“

“I hosted a 60th Birthday Party yesterday in Jake’s private front room / large enough for our 50 guests. We served wings, baked ziti, chicken cutlets, chicken marinara, scalloped potatoes, and salad. Everyone enjoyed the food, the lakefront view of Elk Lake, and the casual, relaxed, and clean atmosphere.Many friends stayed through the evening to enjoy drinks, live music, and a little pool in the main bar area.I highly recommend checking Jake’s out for your next event!“

“It has been a long while since I have been so driven as to write a review for a Hawley restaurant. The place speaks for itself.... for a restaurant with very little parking , you will find it FULL with reservations required. We have eaten there several times on a Thursday night during the early bird special menu and I highly recommend it . On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 14. I was referred to the Ridge and have in turn referred many others. A smaller , very comfortable place with 100 year old victorian architecture and some of the best food and broad selection of entrees that I have experienced anywhere in a long time.“
