We had a great meal at the Wayne Hotel. Our server was Kenzi and our food came out exactly as we ordered it. She's an amazing waitress. They have an excellent atmosphere to dine.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here are great.

The hotel rooms are dated. It’s an old building so the floors are uneven. The bathroom is small and needs to be updated. The sign cautioning against flushing the toilet while someone is in the shower should apply to the neighboring rooms as well. Nice location and extremely friendly staff.Rooms: Dated, the ceiling, carpeting, fixtures all need updating. The walls allow for communication between rooms without opening any doors.Walkability: Within a neat downtown area with cute shops and eateries

The restaurant is nice and the food delicious. It is what I would expect for the pricing. The only issue I have is that the tables are wobbly and slanted and the chairs a bit uncomfortable.

A great place to eat and have a drink on the main drag in honesdale Pennsylvania. Take time to walk around. There's a lot of history in the place from the early days till present. The staff was very nice and attentive. Food was good. Drinks were a fair price. Did they have a pretty good menu. Lots of different options. You definitely won't be disappointed. Plenty of on street parking but you need to feed the meterNearby activities: A lot of history of the area just in walking distanceWalkability: Plenty of parking. First time visitor to Honesdale. We had a two bedroom apartment type unit that you had to access from the outside from the back of the building. There is plenty of space for 6 in the room, has a full size fridge and gas stove to cook if you choose.The room has a fresh coat of paint and is clean but is in need of an update. The carpet is stained, should be replaced. Otherwise, its fine and works for us. Price was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.One thing that is out of their control is the noise from the road. Our unit bordered Main Street and it was quite loud with vehicular traffic from 5am until midnight it seemed. I had trouble staying asleep.An inside unit would have been best and I will make the switch when I return to the area.We ate at Bistro 1202 downstairs - see separate review. It was excellent, highly recommend it.
