The hotel rooms are dated. It’s an old building so the floors are uneven. The bathroom is small and needs to be updated. The sign cautioning against flushing the toilet while someone is in the shower should apply to the neighboring rooms as well. Nice location and extremely friendly staff.Rooms: Dated, the ceiling, carpeting, fixtures all need updating. The restaurant is nice and the food delicious. It is what I would expect for the pricing. The only issue I have is that the tables are wobbly and slanted and the chairs a bit uncomfortable.

We had a great meal at the Wayne Hotel. Our server was Kenzi and our food came out exactly as we ordered it. She's an amazing waitress. They have an excellent atmosphere to dine.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here are great.
