Great Italian food and pizza plus American cuisine. Reasonable prices and waitresses do an admirable job in spite of a sometimes very busy crowd.

The food potential is there, but the management of the floor needs improvement. Even with low foot traffic, there was a 15-minute delay before we could even order drinks. Seeing other guests leave due to the wait is never a good sign. Hopefully, leadership can address these efficiency gaps.

My sprite tasted like im not even sure what but not good. Got a taylor ham egg and cheese. The one piece of taylor ham was paper thin, you couldn't even taste it and the roll was hard as a rock. Staff was polite but gave off the i don't want to be here vibe. Never again.

Service and atmosphere are exceptional.

The food/cooks however are inconsistent and simply don’t care about the quality of the meals they send out, especially for take out orders.

Servers should check the orders before handing off to customer as there is always missing items in orders, for example, rolls and butter or syrup with pancakes.

Food was good

Sat in new space at a 4 hi top. Very noisy due to many people having lunch, too many hard surfaces reflecting sound made it hard to hear.

Been many times. Seen it evolve the past ten years. Was always a fan. I simply don’t understand why they seat people in the cold back room now, when the classic front is open. It’s beyond me. Was always a fan of the food, but last waitress was just so miserable. I know food business is hard right now but come on, you’ll need a lexipro after a meal there. Close that backroom unless it’s busy. Take advantage of the rustic charm in the front, that’s what people come in for. Make your customers smile. Legacy only gets you so far.

Great place and food is all good. I got the corned beef and cabbage which was very authentic and tasted great. Chicken Parmesan was also very flavorful. Poutine hit the spot. Good sized portions and price was fair for amount given.
