The service was excellent and the food was delicious! My only complaint is that the dining area was uncomfortably cold due to the AC being on full blast. Aside from that, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Terrible server. Was starting to pour water without asking. We asked for bottled water like we always do. She poured the water back into the pitcher and left my husband with a dirty glass. Dirt ask us if we wanted other drinks too. Hummus platter was so watery. Dan Dan salmon has been changed and is awful. We have enjoyed Copper Crow for years. No more.

My first time here - The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was amazing (meatball appetizer definitely worth the money), and I loved the atmosphere, especially the color scheme and the lights.

Our service was excellent and our waitress was great. The food everyone in my party received was delicious and everyone loved their dishes. My one and only negative is there was live music with a guitar player and woman singing. The music was entirely TOO loud and made it very hard to have a conversation with our table. We noticed that every song sung was a belting type song and took away from really enjoying the evening due to the yelling at the top of her lungs. If it was only the guitar player it would have been fine, but the singer/microphone was just way too loud and distracting. If I knew they were going to have live music I would have asked to move our table upstairs instead to get away from it.

Went for lunch, our first time, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Admittedly it was not terribly crowded, but the food, service, and atmosphere, including the physical facility, were all first-rate.

The outside seating was all shaded and even though it was still 85 degrees at 7 pm, it was very pleasant. Service on this Friday night was very slow. We waited 45 minutes for any food to arrive. The food was decent but not remarkable. Our server was pleasant but not well versed on the menu. Me: how are the Lamb Lollypops cooked? Him: They're broiled. Me: well...any spices on it? Him: Yes, there are spices. I gave up! I took a chance and ordered them. Though overcooked, they were still tasty. I will probably go back one more time to see how a second evening compares.

This was my first time here. My daughter chose the restaurant to celebrate her 17th birthday. The atmosphere was nice and we sat upstairs which to me was more private. Reservations are recommended because the restaurant is busy. The hostess did ask if I had reservations which i did, but the time had past for the reservations ane we were still accommodated. The appetizers were good and everyone enjoyed them. The food was great as well. On nicer days you can sit outside.

When waitress finally came over she asked if we wanted water and we said yes and could we order drinks . She asked us do we want bread and we said yes none ever came . Finally when we got drinks she was ready to walk away and we said we would like to order . Someone else delivered food and she never came again to ask about more drinks . All of staff spent time in back talking not walking g around to see what was neeeded and manager was non existent till we were almost ready to leave . She should have been on floor asking if people needed anything instead saw her back of room talking with servers as she was there friend not supervisor. Poor service and management all need retraining but food we got was wonderful . Such a shame not run better
