I had horrible experience at this KFC! I ordered online at KFC .com because they had free delivery. Little did I know when I input my address they sent me to this KFC. After waiting 10 minutes past the delivery time, I saw it was sent to a take out only location. I had already paid $48 and a manager would not cancel order. Ordered an 8 piece today and was told that i could only get half with drums. They said that i would have to call ahead if i wanted 8 drums. Seriously??? So i paid for 8 pieces of chicken and only got 4 pieces that i actually wanted. I'd hate for KFC to run out of chicken drums over my 8 piece order or have the employees take the initiative to make more to keep up with demand.
