Tried twice to order and never received the order. First time was told no one from Door dash (ordered directly on Pizza Hit site)got the order then was told they picked it up yet I never received it. Then again tonight tried to order and no one picked up the order so they said they would cancel and redo it and then it would get picked up but was told that 2 weeks ago at a totally different location and never got that order so just said forget it and will NEVER order Pizza Hut...read full review
The pizza tastes like the usual pizza hut. Feels nostalgic.
But the dining experience has gone downhill.
Needed to get your own plates and utensils once the food was served, and you had to order like it was fast food.
We were the only ones dining in at that time.
