“Ordered a pizza for takeout. Pizza was not bad coming from a bar. It is a thin crust pizza with the right amount of cheese, soft and flaky. No seasoning on the pizza and the tomato sauce a little sweet. However, it is cooked perfectly with no burnt marks. Noticed they had Miller Light cans for $3.00. The pizza cost $10.00, which is good value.“

The venue is absolutely stunning, and the food is phenomenal, yet these two things do not hold a candle to the service. “Driving from Broomall to Philadelphia. Finding Scoogis was kismet! Following my guy I pulled and thought “eh, why not”. Greeted my the gem of a human that is Sophia. Scoogis is everything you want in a dining experience. Great energy in the dining rooms, high-quality service, atmosphere, great menu, great desert. Parking: Like I mentioned, this is a local spot, and most folks just walk since they live nearby. I usually get lucky and find parking close by, but I try not to take parking from the residents, so parking a couple of blocks away won't hurt me!“

“I had dinner with my wife on Friday night. We live 2 blocks away. Normally we stop in to a have few drinks and get some apps, which are always good. Last night I tried some of the dinner choices. I couldn’t decide so I got the Seafood Gumbo which was outstanding. Then I got the Southern Fried CatFish with the mustard sauce, which was amazing. They were both big portions, (I didn’t finish either, although I tried, haha). My wife had buffalo cauliflower and dry Cajun wings which were both really good. The food is a hidden gem that we have in Palmyra, the prices are good and the service is always great. We had the young guy with hat and he was awesome. The bartenders even jump out to make sure the tables are ok. The acoustic guy playing was just right also. I know the owners have worked hard to keep 5 West going the last few years. Keep up the Great work!!“

“The Bridesburg Pub for years is a fun place to go. There is always people that you know in there. This particular late day into night visit was awesome with our bartender, Tony, who we were all meeting for the first time. He was very friendly, attentive to our drinks, just a great guy!. My girlfriend and I were on a Chambord kick and I was impressed that they had that liqueur and Tony was no stranger in making my Chambord Sours and Debbie’s French Martini’s.

Parking: We found spots right by the Bridesburg Pub. It was Labor Day Weekend also.“

“I do really like their pizza! The different kinds are tasty and different. The outside is really nice and offers large tvs shade, separate smoking area, corn hole, and relaxes atmosphere. I also like they have a separate free parking parking lot.
It is a great place to go if you are in the area and the staff is always friendly!“

Bartenders need to learn how to work the remote for the music , It is Bose system that you can adjust for each end of the bar and the right channel is off along with the bass . lol I always listen to music when I am there .“

The dart board is truly a work of art. Down to the tips of the darts to the classy screen, clean bathrooms, and big tvs to watch the eagles game! Hardwood floor, to the smell of the chipping paint on the walls. This tavern hits like no other. I truly feel this is a place you would go as link from the legend of zelda. “Sending out a big thank you to Wilson’s pub. It was my sisters 60th birthday party we were supposed to celebrate at another bar who promised to reserve tables to accommodate her family and friends 30 of us . When we arrived, they told us that they could not reserve all of the tables that they said earlier they would.. no apology no nothing. Needless to say we left that bar flooded Wilson’s with approximately 25 people. They gave us the whole side room. Drinks were great. We ordered food and I believe the cook brought it right out to us his self.. great bartenders great food ….they could not have been nicer or more accommodating would definitely recommend Wilson’s to anyone“
