“This is a neighborhood gem. I haven’t been here in a few years. McNally’s expanded their dining room into what used to be the optometrist next door. My husband had The Schmitter with coleslaw on the side. I had The Tobias with potato salad on the side. Both were finger licking good- literally!! This is one of my favorite places ever since my first visit well over 30 years ago. I’ve always had great meals and service at McNally’s.“

“Ordered a pizza for takeout. Pizza was not bad coming from a bar. It is a thin crust pizza with the right amount of cheese, soft and flaky. No seasoning on the pizza and the tomato sauce a little sweet. However, it is cooked perfectly with no burnt marks. Noticed they had Miller Light cans for $3.00. The pizza cost $10.00, which is good value.“

“Jesse is the best bartender, she is so attentive, kind and funny. Shannon the night shift bartender is just the same. Mitch is another day shift, all these guys are the best bartenders, no wait time, they have the best humor and conversations, and genuinely care about the service you receive.

Parking: Front and rear parking... Rear parking tends to be more for regulars but anyone is free to park there.“

“We went to the Iron Oven for the first time tonight . It was recommended from a friend and let me say the food was so so good , Portions were a nice size , we took home leftovers , Drinks were really good and all the staff we ran into were so nice . The restaurant was packed . Our waitress was very friendly , smiling the whole time and took our orders right away , she was super helpful with our orders since we had questions being the first time there. She came over several times to check on us . I will definitely dine at The Iron oven again !“

“I had dinner with my wife on Friday night. We live 2 blocks away. Normally we stop in to a have few drinks and get some apps, which are always good. Last night I tried some of the dinner choices. I couldn’t decide so I got the Seafood Gumbo which was outstanding. Then I got the Southern Fried CatFish with the mustard sauce, which was amazing. They were both big portions, (I didn’t finish either, although I tried, haha). My wife had buffalo cauliflower and dry Cajun wings which were both really good. The food is a hidden gem that we have in Palmyra, the prices are good and the service is always great. We had the young guy with hat and he was awesome. The bartenders even jump out to make sure the tables are ok. The acoustic guy playing was just right also. I know the owners have worked hard to keep 5 West going the last few years. Keep up the Great work!!“

“Driving from Broomall to Philadelphia. Finding Scoogis was kismet! Following my guy I pulled and thought “eh, why not”. Greeted my the gem of a human that is Sophia. Scoogis is everything you want in a dining experience. Great energy in the dining rooms, high-quality service, atmosphere, great menu, great desert. Scoogis feels like home and the staff and owners should be proud of what they have accomplished here. Will certainly be back for more. A truly special restaurant.“

I thought you opened early but see your hours start at 5pm. “Always welcoming each time I go there , and I have seen other customers receive the most best service as I have when visiting here with my friends, family, boyfriend. No matter what you are they are always making you feel comfortable with good music available to play on the jukebox, great food , cold drinks , and if there isn't a seat people will move down to squeeze you in at the bar. It's a great lively bar on the weekends and subdued enough to a place to grab a quiet drink and enjoy conversation during the week. Service is always friendly and their beer selection is good enough. “The Bridesburg Pub for years is a fun place to go. There is always people that you know in there. This particular late day into night visit was awesome with our bartender, Tony, who we were all meeting for the first time. He was very friendly, attentive to our drinks, just a great guy!. My girlfriend and I were on a Chambord kick and I was impressed that they had that liqueur and Tony was no stranger in making my Chambord Sours and Debbie’s French Martini’s.

“A few weeks ago I dropped into Hazy’s Bar and Grill for a quick bite to eat and a beer. I decided to try the chicken cheesesteak and it was fantastic! The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy, and the blend of cheeses melted beautifully over the meat. The roll was fresh, seeded, and had the perfect amount of crunch on the outside while remaining soft inside. The flavors were well-balanced, with just the right amount of seasoning. When I asked I found out the Buffalo sauce that Chef Ron was using was homemade! Overall, it was a delicious and at $11 for this to come with fries too? It's a TERRIFIC value for such a satisfying meal. I would highly recommend Hazy's to anyone looking for a great chicken cheesesteak. They're quietly putting together some of the best bar food in Bucks County“
