Based on the reviews, John's Water Ice offers great water ice and ice cream, with flavors like chocolate and pineapple being very tasty. They also have ice cream with toppings that can be mixed and matched, plus oat milk soft serve that is dairy free and the best soft serve. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. At one location, two young ladies went above and beyond by offering to make more pretzels when they were sold out. The restaurant has some tables outside to enjoy treats on nice days.
