I didn't know what a water ice was but it's an Italian Ice. They let me get 4 flavors in one cup. The Mango was not good. But Lemon, Pineapple, and Strawberry were all great! My friend had chocolate and we all agreed that it tasted like a tootsie roll. I didn't order it because I knew that flavor wasn't for me.

Great waterice. I enjoyed the flavor more than their competitors. The chocolate was awesome. Also tried pineapple, very tasty as well. Wish they had more flavors to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. They do have some tables outside to enjoy your treats on nice days. They also have ice cream and toppings and they can mix and match.

Based on the reviews, John's Water Ice offers great water ice and ice cream, with flavors like chocolate and pineapple being very tasty. They also have ice cream with toppings that can be mixed and matched, plus oat milk soft serve that is dairy free and the best soft serve. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. At one location, two young ladies went above and beyond by offering to make more pretzels when they were sold out. The restaurant has some tables outside to enjoy treats on nice days.
