This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My fiancé and I went out on a double date and when we got to the window (we went through the drive through) the lady was just so rude from the very beginning. She argued with us about the bowls the ice cream comes in and was very snippy about my sister in law asking for a twist with sprinkles in a bowl without a cone. WORST costumer service I have EVER experienced. We decided to go out for a treat tonight on a double date. My fiancé gets to the window and I ask him to order me a swirl in a cup with sprinkles no cone, the lady proceeds to yell at my fiancé “you mean a dish” and he said “yes in a cup no cone” -not snippy or anything just ordering- and she yells “it’s a dish same thing and it obviously doesn’t come with a cone” I’m furious at this point and I yell back because...read full review
I didn’t get what I ordered I only got 3 chicken strips and I also did not get my dipping sauce and the fries were horrible
