Can’t follow simple directions. Asked for no cheese BECAUSE IM ALLERGIC and then decided to give it anyway and extra cheese on top of it. TOTAL waste of my money go to the one by dollar tree if you don’t want to be ignored on your special requests

Went to only get a spicy chicken sandwich with only lettuce and a bacon cheese burger with only lettuce and they put everything on it. didn’t even get to take one bite of either of them.

I went to pick up (ORDERS) today that were paid for through the McDonalds app. Now I get the spill about they don't make the stuff until you show up in the parking lot! But today I was 2 mins late for breakfast! As in it was 1032AM when I was eventually waited on! Technically I was there on time. BUT the shady thing is McDonalds will take your money out of your bank act! REGUARDLESS of what time it is! REGUARDLESS rather its breakfast menu or lunch menu!
This mourning they take %100 of the money for all the orders. Then tell me I still have to reach the counter for pick up by 1030AM not 1031AM. keep in mind I arrived at this McDonalds at 1016AM!!! Its not my fault that the lady's working the counter, one being a dressed in BLUE MANAGER is busy telling her employee about the weekend she hide while the clock is ticking!
I'm denied the food I already paid for!!!
They lady gets really smart and rude with me! Because I'm like look I was here on time but you took a good 14 minutes talking about your fun weekend.
Then proceeds to tell me I WILL HAVE TO WAIT 7 TO 14 BUISNESS DAYS TO GET A REFUND ON MY BANK ACT!!!
Apparently this in normal business practice for this branch! My bank act will be negative 6 peoples breakfast combos for 7 to 14 business days now!!!
My question is... WHY take the money if your not going to deliver the goods?
This is the McDonalds by Walmart in Indiana PA. They then tell me (J) the owner is at the McDonalds by Martins in Indiana PA. I go there and of course he's not there! They tell me he's at Wayne Ave McDonalds. I go there and of course he's not there! Then they say he's at Blairsville PA McDonalds. I call there and of course he's not there!
The owner is avoiding me obviously!!! Real professional!!! And not one single person told me (SORRY)!!! I can vouch for the other fast food places in Indiana, They treat there customer's excellent!!!
They don't make all the high volume of mistakes this McDonalds does but when they do they Definity say sorry and make it right! The competing fast food place made a mistake with a drink and the owner deducted a whole meal off of my order!!!
(J) the owner of these McDonalds is to concerned w/college kids eating all of his nugget sauce that's why he charges .25 for them!

Girl in window #1 with the short brown curly hair, that style fits you as it looks exactly like clown hair.
Slow a*s service for a simple hot coffee, girls are miserable as hell in there for no reason.

Terrible service. 1 my order was messed up. The sandwich edit on the receipt was clearly different than the paper that was on the sandwich. It was the exact OPPOSITE of what I ordered and 2 The girl with the purple and blonde hair was extremely rude to me. I could see her on her phone as well. I thought good service was supposed to be a guarantee but clearly not..

Kiosk machines were broken , service was slow & my order was wrong but a HUGE hassle to get anything fixed .The store was clean.

Just left and let me tell you whoever was cooking made the best McDonald's burger I've ever eaten. Normally the burgers are pretty bland anywhere else I've been but you could taste the seasoning on these! And the service was super fast! Such a great experience! ?

The food was good. The service was okay. I got the wrong sandwich for my meal, had to go back and have it replace after I had already left and reached my next destination. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle breakfast meal with a orange HI-C to drink.

This was an awesome McDonald's. The manager was super nice. The food was good. The place was spotless. You can tell they take pride in their job. This should be a model of efficiency and cleanliness for the whole restaurant
