I've eaten here a number of times in recent weeks and I have lots of experience at the other Indiana McDonalds' locations. The food here at the 3100 Oakland Ave McDonalds has been very good. The fries are excellent, very unlike the fries at the other two Indiana McDonalds, where they are horrible routinely. Today, I stopped at lunchtime (Saturday) and they were very busy. The dual drive-through lines made quick work of many cars. And even though I had to pull ahead to wait for my order, the wait time was minimal and they were very courteous about it. Workers were pleasant and the whole place seems to operate efficiently. This location is definitely my pick for lunch at a McDonalds in this area.

Tbh, the Last few times we have been in, something has been wrong with our order... From Missing something, to taking forever in line(in store and drive through), giving us other people's food and rude service can't just pick one time was frustrated with this place. I'm willing to go out of my way at this point to go to outer fast food restaurants

It is a typical fast food but they now have the self check-in and order yourself kiosk. Not a fan of those. Also took forever to get our food.
Food wasn't bad, fries was overly salted. I got the big mac meal for 8 dollars not bad deal the burger seemed super dry with barely any onions. Using the mobile app didn't go so well this time around I tried to use a app code and they said they needed a manager to override and they was all busy even those my subtotal was ~19 to use the 20% of 10 dollars or more.

Only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is bc I unfortunately seen someone outside spraying ROUNDUP. With all we know now about how it causes cancer in almost everyone who worked with it for a yr or more and all the lawsuits. With the bird, bee, and butterfly crisis the USA and rest of this planet is going thru now...and to use that poison...it is so so off-putting. Plz reconsider stopping ✋️ that ASAP! 🙏 plz. We do not need that running into the ground and coming back to us. The birds do not need to do us the favor of eating insects, then feeding poisoned insects to their newly hatched babies. The parents also die terrible slow deaths from even being around round up. The bees can't even remember how to get from flower to flower. If it fries the brains of animals...imagine what it does to humans. Weeds aren't that bad...you know what is...THE ACTUAL LITTER & PLASTIC USE. Fox Chapel near pgh went bag free (including the McDonald's). It is so refreshing not to see bags everywhere. Weeds are natural. If the landscapes are to lazy to pull them like they're met to be pulled...well... get a new crew of landscapers. Other than that...service is quick& friendly:)
