Dined at your establishment this past Sunday. 6 kids and myself. My medium steak came out overly well down, waitress took it back. My kids were all finished eating and I still didn't have the new steak. about 20-25 mins. I politely asked the waitress to remove it from the bill since we were ready to leave. Food is great service good. Unfortunately even though it was nearly empty, we still weren’t allowed to choose where to sit.
Just wanted to give Austin the waiter some much needed appreciation. This guy went above and beyond to do a good job. I drink water like a sponge and he got me new glasses before I could even ask or notice I was about out. He was extremely friendly and helpful with making options on the menu known. To whoever is in charge of this store, I really hope you give him some much needed acknowledgement to good character and attention to detail.

Texas Roadhouse offers a good dining experience with consistent, really good food. Steaks are often described as tender, and sides like the potato and salad are very good. The Cactus Bloom is a standout appetizer. Service is frequently highlighted as great, with servers attentive and asking if anything is needed. While many find the food excellent, one reviewer noted a steak was unflavorful. The restaurant can be noisy.
