My burger had a bad taste. My fries, everyone had a different taste. And not cook in the middle. This was my first and last time.
Though the food is mediocre and the atmosphere is dim our service today from Frank was top notch... He was fast, kind, and accurate! The nicest part was that he didn't seem to hover and from what I noticed he was the same with all of the other tables he was taking care of. Thank you Frank for making our experience better just by being you!!!

Worst service ever. We’ve been coming to Ruby Tuesday’s for years, not as much for the food, but more because we like how the staff treat us. Until today. Where did this Liz come from? She is terrible. This has got to be a side hustle for her, because there’s no way she’s trying to pay bills with that attitude. I didn’t even want to tip her but the wife made me. Might start calling ahead to make sure she’s not working, absolutely terrible service.
