Vocelli Pizza Reviews
They always post how they are open late on the weekends. Ordered a pizza at midnight. Called an hour later to check on it, answering machine said they were closed. Constantly posting on their page how they “keep the oven on for you” and supposed to be open until 4am but closed 3 hours early?

Ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza minus the bacon at 5:19 on 1/31/25. Called. Gentleman that answered the phone knew my name from the telephone number. Gave my order. Vocelli Pizza offers a mixed dining experience, with some customers praising the friendly and hard-working team, noting their purposefulness and willingness to go above and beyond for large orders. The Vochelli rolls, both pepperoni and bacon/cheddar, have been highlighted as excellent. However, other reviews point to significant service issues, with customers experiencing long waits without acknowledgment and a lack of staff presence. While one employee is consistently described as a hard worker, picking up others' slack, the overall staff appears to be running a "crap show," with employees disappearing for extended periods.
Concerns have also been raised about food preparation, including witnessing an employee eating food off the counter without proper hygiene practices. Some orders have arrived with uncooked breadsticks and salads with excessive liquid. While the pizza is described as "mid," the marketing is noted as making the food and service appear better than reality. Despite these criticisms, management has been accommodating and apologetic when issues are brought to their attention, ensuring complaints will be addressed. Vocelli Pizza also offers great sandwiches and pizza, with frequent specials and usually quick delivery, having seemingly worked out initial kinks.
