“Wow, we can’t say enough about the food that we experienced this past weekend at the Top Dog Therapy Team special event Yappy Hour hosted by Sobels! The dogs were downright amazing as always, but the lunch lady on wheels stole the show as their food was so good when it started cooking that was all anybody could smell, and all anybody could talk about!! “Best Sicilian pizza in the area. My ONLY knock... Is sometimes not always but once in a blue moon it'll be a little over sauced but I'd rather have a little extra than less where I'm just eating cheesey bread with not enough sauce.

Awesome location across from the Lamp Theater. New Crescent does have live entertainment and food trucks from time to time as well. Can't miss place in the heart of downtown Irwin.”

“Cakes by Colby made what seemed like a difficult choice a super easy one! From moment one walking in the door, you could see the artistry in her work and where her specialties lay. The tasting was a delight, and if anything we ate waaaaay too much while were there, but it was all so incredibly good! Fast forward to the wedding day, everything went off without a hitch and the cake was absolutely gorgeous! She took reference images we provided and went above and beyond, it was elegant without being pretentious and truly lovely on top of being delicious as well. Our guests raved about it too. Can’t recommend Fran and Cakes by Colby enough!!”

“I would love to give it 5 stars its good but is slightly less then 5 all the time. On 9/17 my servers was great. Sometimes they are not so great but this time it was.
My kids drinks were always taken care of, we had a family member with us so showing off places I like to eat is always hard. I cook everyday for my family and did it professionally for years. So my criticism of places are always taken into account by family we take to places we like.
I order the BBQ chicken pizza, after an experience in the south I try it here occasionally and I add bacon and broccoli. Its different.
BBQ chicken pizza with bacon and broccoli. I have shipped the Lucci name at all of their locations but I think I finally found the best of their locations for this pie. While they are all close and all good, it seems this is the 3rd time it was great, perfect dough as usual, the ingredients well spaced out not to much of any one thing but enough to cover it.

The only feedback we had is the Alfred pickles. Not a fan of the spears vs fried pickle chips. Chips are easier to share with more people and also frying the spears tends to make eating them more messy vs a chip size.”

“While we've only been there a few times, Lucci's has fast become my family's favorite go to restaurant. I recently had a relative come in from another country and they requested some home style Italian food. They have a huge menu with many different options that ensures that everyone will find something to their taste. Foods we ordered on this visit included chicken parmesan, arguably the best we'd ever eaten. We also had the chicken Romano which was also very good. We will usually only order chicken Romano if it comes with a lemon wine butter sauce, which this did not, but it was still very good. It was accompanied by a large side of penne pasta that had a pinky/orangy color sauce which I believe may have been a vodka sauce and it was delicious! The cheese ravioli included four gigantic square pillows filled with ricotta and served with a red tomato sauce which was very tasty. I ordered a cheese calzone which was cooked exactly as I ordered it and was a definite 5/5 stars. It was one of the best calzones I've ever eaten. Our party ordered both the deep dish pizza, which was excellent, and a small regular pizza which was also very good. We also ordered fried zucchini which was a big hit. I can honestly say the only food that our party of four didn't like was the wedding soup. We all agreed it was the only disappointment of our meal. We had the same waitress as the last time we dined there and while she is a very good waitress she is clearly over taxed with too many duties, in my opinion, to give a party of four or more the level of service they deserve. Both times we were there the waitress had to serve customers eating dinner in the dining room as well as those sitting at the bar along with the other usual bar and waitress duties like running orders back and forth to the kitchen and picking up food. I think they may benefit from the help of a bartender once the dinner crowd picks up which was around 5:00 P.M. on the days we were there. My calzone, while nearly perfect, was surprisingly cold inside which required the waitress to have to reheat it which took quite a bit of time. The restaurant and restrooms are nice and clean. There is ample seating and parking. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and offers handicapped parking. We didn't have any small children with us but it appears they are accommodated and welcomed. Though it seems a bit pricey, it is comparable to most restaurants of it's kind and is definitely well worth it. The food portions were massive and we happily ate the leftovers for three days. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great time and meal. Lucci's is a good choice and appropriate for families, dates and parties big and small. I'm so happy I finally gave Lucci's a try!”
