The drive-thru was fast but I specifically asked for less ice in my matcha latte, I didn’t realize until I pulled through and tried to put my straw in that I could barely do that. If I’m going to pay that price I’d expect more than a couple sips and some foam.
Every morning I stop to get coffee and when they see me pulling into the parking lot, the one team member always has my coffee ready for me when I walk in. The customer service at this location is amazing.
Basically a crime against humanity to set up a drive through like this. Someone is going to get killed the way the traffic spills out onto 30
