“I went when it was super busy. The line in the drive through was out to the road. The line moved quickly. But, I had planned on going inside. The restaurant was very clean and they had enough selection for everything we wanted. It was a very quick checkout. The staff were very quick and friendly. Everyone was helpful. “I go thru this drive thru often, and this evening I went through with a larger more complicated order. In my frazzled state, I dropped my card out the window and couldn’t reach it. I said I would pull around to pick it up after I got my drinks. Instead, the two sweet baristas working made all my drinks and went outside in the rain to grab my card for me. 11/10 customer service and kindness. And the drinks were perfect.“

“The staff at Brushes & Beans is super nice and helpful! My husband and I went there for our anniversary and we already want to go back! I changed all of my colors after I did a wash and the staff were so helpful about it! They came over and checked on us so many times even though they were quite busy! The coffee is AMAZING too! When we came to pick up our ceramics the staff member even recognized us and immediately went running back to grab our project. She took our picture for us which was so sweet! That's already enough to make me rave about it over and over. They can make just about anything you want! Staff always looks positive! Not once have I not been greeted with a smile. “Bought an iced coffee this morning and didn't realize the taste was off until after I got to work. I went back after work and explained the situation to the manager and she was very nice and very understanding. Offered me several solutions to the situation. Things happen. And usually when the drive thru line is long, it's not the workers. It's the customers. I would never go through a drive through and ask them to tell me every kind of donut they have, ask how an item tastes, make 3 separate orders, etc. People should go inside for that.“
