The quality of donuts has went down over the years. I’m not sure if it is their fault, or a chain issue. We had minimal icing and the donuts are borderline stale. My order is rarely correct and the staff does not seem well trained.
This is probably one of the nicest Dunkins I have been to. Clean, service was great! Had a problem with my ice coffee just didn't taste right and they had no problem remaking my ice coffee for me. So polite and professional! 8/2/2026 945am
Speedy drive-thru service! However, they were not busy either.
