“The staff at Brushes & Beans is super nice and helpful! My husband and I went there for our anniversary and we already want to go back! I changed all of my colors after I did a wash and the staff were so helpful about it! They came over and checked on us so many times even though they were quite busy! The coffee is AMAZING too! When we came to pick up our ceramics the staff member even recognized us and immediately went running back to grab our project. She took our picture for us which was so sweet! We will definitely be back!!“

“The line was very long for the drive thru and inside. The staff was working hard and fast. We appreciated the way they all were working together. It seemed that the two senior staff members, assuming they are management were letting the staff know they were doing a great job. The moral seemed very good among them all. Even though they were swamped we didn't wait more than 4 or 5 minutes for 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches.“

“We went to Dick's for Dinner tonight. Boy was I surprised how good it was. They had the best sweet and sour salad dressing. It was light and refreshing. I wish I could take a jar home of this wonderful flavor. My dinner of stuffed chicken was nothing to write home about. Mashed potatoes were excellent I love the lumps! The dessert of a strawberry cake was amazing, the cake had real strawberries running throughout making it super moist. You must try it. My other half has stuffed green peppers It was huge and good he also had the mashed potatoes and a side of mixed veggies, there was more than enough for two people. We split the cake and he agreed about how great it was. Also great coffee. Service was good and prompt, we also got several refills of coffee.“

“I go thru this drive thru often, and this evening I went through with a larger more complicated order. In my frazzled state, I dropped my card out the window and couldn’t reach it. I said I would pull around to pick it up after I got my drinks. Instead, the two sweet baristas working made all my drinks and went outside in the rain to grab my card for me. 11/10 customer service and kindness. And the drinks were perfect.“

“I have been here twice now and both times have been amazing. I go to purchase rough diamond beans for espresso at home. Love the taste and the fact it's always roasted very close to when I need to buy more. The lattes and coffee are decently priced and bought a cinnamon roll and very good too. They have some seats too but not a large place to hang out.“

I went back after work and explained the situation to the manager and she was very nice and very understanding. Offered me several solutions to the situation. Things happen. And usually when the drive thru line is long, it's not the workers. It's the customers. I would never go through a drive through and ask them to tell me every kind of donut they have, ask how an item tastes, make 3 separate orders, etc. People should go inside for that.“

“I went when it was super busy. The line in the drive through was out to the road. The line moved quickly. But, I had planned on going inside. The restaurant was very clean and they had enough selection for everything we wanted. It was a very quick checkout. The staff were very quick and friendly. Everyone was helpful.
