I asked for assorted with a lot of sprinkles for the kids. I’m happy with the amount of sprinkles, but two of each in the other six is NOT assorted! Seems like pure laziness to me!
Fed up! They just cannot fill an order correctly! My order was missing items on two occasions last week, the drinks were made wrong twice, and today they gave me the wrong donut (jelly- yuck) and no hash browns. I always call and they give me the items on my next visit but really????? Let’s just get this right the first time!

Stopped at this location on I believe the 5th, went thru drivethru to order a donut for my friend and I. she was driving. had about an hour trip ahead of us. I 1st ordered a french crueller, they were out so I ordered a glazed donut, My friend ordered a chocolate donut with chocolate icing. Small easy order, they even asked twice after to make sure. Well got bag, I glanced in bag, they were stacked, mine on top. no napkins so had to ask. Then once on highway opened bag grabbed my donut and saw friends, was chocolate donut with orange and brown/black something on top, no chocolate topping! Friend said it tasted like cardboard. Guessing really hard to get 2 donut order right? Half of order wrong! And no receipt! Emailed company on 6th, they said store would be getting back to me within 2 days, if they don't was s'posed to reply to email. I gave them 4 days then emailed back on the 10th. Well, no reply now from corporate or store. This is horrible customer service! Definitely will never go here or any Dunkin again. at least admit when u were wrong. Really glad we didn't get 1/2 dozen, that was a thought when there. Half of order wrong don't cut it. would have been easy to tell friend they didn't have chocolate donut with chocolate icing so she could choose something else. Instead put something she didn't want at all in bag.
