I had a birthday party this weekend and ordered ahead for 14 pizzas and 2 trays of salad. From start to finish the customer service was EXCELLENT. After placing my order I received another confirmation call and then a follow up call the day after. That type of attention makes you feel like they value their customers. I absolutely recommend Fellini’s! DoorDash mixed up the orders between two customers and gave my family the wrong one. Tom, the GM, took care of everything for both us and the other customer. He was awesome and handled the issue right away! We couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience working directly with Fellini’s! We will continue to order from Fellinis for our pizza & hoagies.
Our first time here today, and I want to say thank you. The pizza and hoagie were delicious!! We’ll definitely be back!!! I don’t know why it took me so long to stop in, we’ve been missing out!!! Good food and GREAT service!! Thanks again.
