I had a birthday party this weekend and ordered ahead for 14 pizzas and 2 trays of salad. From start to finish the customer service was EXCELLENT. After placing my order I received another confirmation call and then a follow up call the day after. That type of attention makes you feel like they value their customers. order from three times in a row and one week and all three orders were way over an hour and when you call they give you an excuse on why they're short staff why it's taking so long but never a courtesy call or tell you when you call that it is going to take a while and then I have one old lady delivering pizzas that is really slow full of excuses at the pizza shop
I absolutely recommend Fellini’s! DoorDash mixed up the orders between two customers and gave my family the wrong one. Tom, the GM, took care of everything for both us and the other customer. He was awesome and handled the issue right away! We couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience working directly with Fellini’s! We will continue to order from Fellinis for our pizza & hoagies.
