We ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken pizza today. Two of us ate it, and unfortunately, we both got food poisoning afterward. This was a very disappointing and concerning experience. I'm sitting in the toilet and can't get out. I hope the restaurant takes food safety and quality control more seriously so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Elizabth location Ordered a bbq chicken pizza it came with no bbq sauce on it how is that possible. Call to tell them the girl said there's sauce on it that she made it well sorry to inform there's not. Didn't even offer to remake the pizza just said gm isn't here I can't remake or give a refund. Shitty service. I been ordering from there for almost 4 years never had a issue. Now that I did I get a attitude bout my food not being right. And a gm will call me when they can lol. Horrible service. I just wanted it remade the right way. I spend alot of money at that place supporting a local buisness and thats how I get treated. All they had to do was remake the pizza. If the girl doesn't no how to make food why is she there? Looks like I wont be ordering from them again.

I had a birthday party this weekend and ordered ahead for 14 pizzas and 2 trays of salad. From start to finish the customer service was EXCELLENT. After placing my order I received another confirmation call and then a follow up call the day after. That type of attention makes you feel like they value their customers. Even the driver was awesome. The delivery was on time. She helped carry the food inside the venue and she was super friendly. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend ordering from this site.

The last time we ordered from here, we received regular fries instead of the loaded fries we ordered, but we decided to give them another shot.
This time I ordered the gyro bites, and there was raw dough in the middle.
I've been generally very disappointed in the quality of the food from this location.
This is a good, solid pizza. Nothing particularly special but definitely the best I’ve had in Jefferson or Elizabeth. The wings are fried and generously sauced. The staff has always been friendly and I love the online ordering too.

This was my go to locally. Been a customer of this over priced ave food since they opened. First they started to forget toppings or sides, but I never bothered to complain. After my last order, waiting 2 1/2 hours, they refused to cancel my order. Manager fought with me for 10 min, very rude. I'll take the 15 min drive and go to Donte's. They are never rude, I get what I pay for and actually has above average food.
