order from three times in a row and one week and all three orders were way over an hour and when you call they give you an excuse on why they're short staff why it's taking so long but never a courtesy call or tell you when you call that it is going to take a while and then I have one old lady delivering pizzas that is really slow full of excuses at the pizza shop

I absolutely recommend Fellini’s! DoorDash mixed up the orders between two customers and gave my family the wrong one. Tom, the GM, took care of everything for both us and the other customer. He was awesome and handled the issue right away! We couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience working directly with Fellini’s! We will continue to order from Fellinis for our pizza & hoagies.

Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for delivery, at the hour and a half mark called and they said their delivery driver was leaving and our food was a priority. food came, and my hungry family, who decided to get delivery to celebrate my wife's birthday, all gathered around to eat. everybody gets the thing they ordered oops they didn't give us one of our hoggies. 2 hours and 20 minutes to have to call them up and only be able to get a credit. not even a refund but a credit. What a load.

Wasn’t thrilled to find the Italian hoagie was *not* toasted with cheese on the bun, as other pizza-places do. But everything else I’ve eaten from there is good: pizza, gyros, square pizza slice, etc

I got takeout for lunch, it was easy to order online. The food was ready when they said it would be. And it was delicious and plentiful!
First when trying to order I was put on hold and after 5 minutes hung up and called back. Was told 25 minutes and I showed up 30 minutes later to stand there 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally someone does and then 5 minutes later a girl tells me it's going to be 3 more minutes. 15 minutes later she asks my name again and finally got rung out. When I got home the pizza and breadsticks were cold so I'm guessing those were ready in the 25 minutes and then sat there waiting for the 6 wings that somehow took almost an hour. If the food was warm it probably would've been good...I understand getting a rush and getting backed up but it should still be fresh when it's finally ready! I don't live that far away that it got that cold on the drive home! Should've known from the start this was going to be a bad experience!
