“This is a 2 star review. I ordered the wings mild and cooked light because I HATE hard wings. Of course they came out extra crispy. Is it that hard to get this order right?I gave my wings to the guy next to me, paid and left. Also they still smoke inside this bar. I'm not sure how they are getting around that law but it was annoying smelling cigarettes the entire time.“

“LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Whether it's the Hams buckets, the local chatter from the regulars, the awesome bartenders (Bill, Shannon, Gerry, etc), the different pop-up food specials served out of the tiny side window outside, the payphone still in operation, the gambling machines, the jukebox music playing (but NOT while the games are on), etc. I could go on and on. Parking is a bit of a bitch, but that's okay as it's worth it. My husband and I feel like we're at our home away from home when we come here and that's exactly how it should be! “Monkey Club is the best locally run bar in Philly. The owners care about fostering a community and getting the best bang for your buck.Most importantly they're four for fourPhilly sports game and Always play the audio during sports games.“

“I've been living in the area for 5 years now, and Lost is my absolute favorite spot/go to. The bartenders are all absolute amazing (shoutout Frankie, Jay, Mag, and John), the prices can't be beat, the music is always top notch, the patrons are eclectic and super interesting, and the vibe is different (in the best possible way) depending on what day/time you're there. Jay makes amazing cocktails that incorporate fresh ingredients grown in his garden, and Meg's Bloody Mary is legendary. The music always slaps. One night it could be hip hop bangers from Jay-Z and 50, and the next night they could be spinning deep cuts on Indy/alt vinyls. The pool table is super fun, and some of the most chill/friendly regulars are always happy to get a game. I love this bar. An absolute gem! 10/10“

“I'd say I've been coming here for just over 20 years now. I enjoy the people and the atmosphere here. It is a beer and shot bar, the bartenders are friendly and attentive, the food especially the homemade soups are great. You can always meet up with friends or make new ones and have a good time, nice shuffle board, shuffle bowl, and slot chance games here great selection of music on the jukebox. Drinks are affordable and the place has been here over 50 years.“

“Went here with my dad and his buddy and the time we had was great. This bar offers loads of drinks from bottled beverages to cocktails, all for good prices. I even tried the portobella stuffed mushrooms and they were well-cooked and seasoned. There's also darts and a classic pinball machine in the far back which is always nice to see.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this bar to the locals or close friends.“
